Overview

The purpose of this course is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to use applications in an educational and work setting. As we embrace new challenges in communication, this course is designed to advance understanding of technology. Using Microsoft Office 365 to develop skills in data entry, File Management word processing, and the internet. Students will use email accounts to store documents in Microsoft OneDrive securely. Successful candidates will receive a QQI level 4 award in Information Technology Skills

Extra Modules

Students are encouraged to take on extra modules on top of their 2 core subjects to enable them to achieve a full award at level 4 QQI. All applicants will have an informal interview in September and will be given the opportunity to choose extra modules as required.
